The Practice of Presence

Monday, July 22nd, 7-9pm
Hycroft Manor, Vancouver, BC

You are invited to join the University Women’s Club of Vancouver meditation facilitator Kathy Welter-Nichols and designer Sylvia Tennant of Zaleska Jewelry for an midsummer evening of insight, relaxation, and connection.

This evening will focus on teaching realistic ways to master stress, manage angst, and flow with change. We’ll look into proven modern and ancient strategies to help get ourselves back into balance when the going gets challenging. As womxn, we operate on a highly empathic level, and the need to recharge and join together is both sacred and necessary.

This event includes an educational talk on practicing presence from a feminine perspective, a fully guided meditation, as well as an introduction to crystal connections and a question/answer period. All people who embody feminine energy are welcome to attend.

Please wear comfortable clothing and come prepared with a notebook/pen, a crystal, and a sentimental piece of jewelry to activate and charge. Tea service will be provided.

We cannot wait to share space with you!
