Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that many items are made to order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for items to be shipped. If for any reason there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be directly notified. If you have any questions or would like to place a rush order please contact us at and we will do our best to get your order processed ASAP.
 

Shipping Domestic

Canada Post Expedited Parcel: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Arrives within 3-7 days of shipping. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.
 

Shipping International

USPS:  Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.
 

Returns

  • All sales of gold-plated/gold vermeil jewelry are final
  • Sterling silver pieces in new condition may be returned within 30 days
  • If a piece is damaged by no fault of the customer (e.g. lost stone), Zaleska will replace within the first 60 days of purchase
  • Damages occurring after 60 days, or at the liability of the customer (e.g. chipped stone, bent silver), may not be returned
