Canada Post Expedited Parcel: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Arrives within 3-7 days of shipping. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.
USPS: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.

- Sterling silver pieces in new condition may be returned within 30 days
- If a piece is damaged by no fault of the customer (e.g. lost stone), Zaleska will replace within the first 60 days of purchase
- Damages occurring after 60 days, or at the liability of the customer (e.g. chipped stone), may not be returned
