shipping policy

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that some items are made to order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for items to be shipped. If for any reason there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be directly notified. If you have any questions or would like to place a rush order please contact us at and we will do our best to get your order processed ASAP.
 

global standard shipping

All shipments sent using Global Standard Shipping include full tracking and insurance coverage. Shipping times are listed below, but may be subject to customs delays.

Canada: 2-8 business days
USA: 2-8 business days
International: 5-22 business days

insurance claims

All of our shipments are fully insured. The customer assumes full responsibility of monitoring the tracking of their shipment. If your package has not arrived within the time frame noted above, please reach out to us ASAP so we can investigate and determine whether an insurance claim should be filed. Insurance claims must be filed within 90 days of shipping. After 90 days, we are unable to file claims, process refunds, or re-ship the contents of lost or damaged packages.

Zaleska is responsible for all shipped goods up until the shipping company demonstrates receipt of goods. Once the courier has accepted the package & scanned the goods, Zaleska relinquishes all responsibility.

All shipments sent using DHL Express include full tracking and insurance coverage. Shipping times are listed below, but may be subject to customs delays.

USA: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
China/Hong Kong: 3-5 business days
Oceania: 3-5 business days
 

returns & exchanges

  • Pieces in mint condition may be exchanged or returned within 21 days of delivery. For a gold vermeil piece to be considered mint, it must only be worn for a try-on and then immediately put back in its plastic sleeve.

  • If a piece is damaged by no fault of the customer (e.g. lost stone), Zaleska will replace within the first 60 days of purchase.

  • Damages occurring after 60 days, or at the liability of the customer (e.g. chipped stone, bent/broken silver), may not be returned.

  • Please email us for all return/exchange approvals, and, if approved, please ship to:

  • Returns/exchanges sent anywhere other than the address listed above will incur a $15 processing fee.

  • All return shipping is done at the expense of the customer. We strongly recommend using a box to avoid damage in transit.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed less Zaleska’s original cost of shipping.
